Fitness classes : Group Exercise
Group exercise is a great way to meet and spend time recreation. Be sure to do your research in your local newspaper, please visit the Parks and Recreation, or pop into your local YMCA to get an idea of classes and schedules that offer them. Make sure you choose a class that meets two or three times a week. If you are a fitness novice make sure the class is not too late, you can work your way up. The last thing I want to do is take a class that is very difficult and discouraging. Show up a few minute before class or stay back a few minute after class and submitted to the instructor, often teachers are also coaches that can give you good advice on an individual basis.

Certain group fitness classes, such as cycling and step can be a little monotonous doing the same exercises and movements every day is not going to challenge your body after a long period of time. You need variety in you are training program, mix a little. If the instructor in the class routine is not changing enough to try another class or move on to something harder.
